This is a Tata CLiQ Palette e- Gift Voucher (GV) and would be accepted on their mobile application, mobile site & website (https://palette.tatacliq.com/) <br/>The user who has the Tata CLiQ Palette GV is deemed to be the beneficiary. <br/>The user has to be registered on the e-commerce site of Tata Unistore Limited to use the e-Gift Voucher<br/>The user will need to activate his/her CLiQ Cash account be following the process as defined by Tata CLiQ Palette from time to time<br/>Tata CLiQ Palette is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.<br/>Multiple GV can be used in one bill/transaction. The number of GVs that can be aggregated is at the sole discretion of Tata CLiQ Palette. The user is advised to refer to the relevant clause on the Tata CLiQ Palette site.<br/>The GV can be used till the expiration date or till the time the balance is exhausted, whichever happens earlier. <br/>No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV will be given. <br/>Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically. <br/>Tata CLiQ Palette GV CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.<br/>Tata CLiQ Palette GV can be clubbed with any one of the existing offer on its website.<br/>Tata CLiQ Palette GV cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates as may be intimated / updated by Tata CLiQ Palette on its website from time to time. Tata CLiQ Palette may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability. <br/>Tata CLiQ Palette shall on best effort basis attempt to accept e-Gift Vouchers (GV), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Tata CLiQ Palette, GV may not get accepted on the website and Tata CLiQ Palette shall have no liability for the same.<br/>If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after Insta Gift Voucher (GV) is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 72 hours<br/>Tata CLiQ Palette reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the e-Gift Voucher (GV at any time without any notice or liability.<br/>Tata CLiQ Palette reserves the right to cancel orders in case of any suspicious activity. <br/>Tata CLiQ Palette has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.<br/>Tata CLiQ Palette reserves the right to withdraw e-Gift Voucher (GV) scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.<br/>Tata CLiQ Palette reserves the right to deny accepting any e-Gift Voucher (GV) if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.<br/>In no event the liability of Tata CLiQ Palette for any claims shall exceed the value of the e-Gift Voucher (GV) in dispute.<br/>The standard Terms and conditions of the use of vouchers with the exception of the expiry date can be viewed on https://www.tatacliq.com/cliq-cash-tnc<br/>By purchasing this gift voucher, you consent to sharing your PII ( Name, Email ID, Telephone Number if available ) with the issuer ( PineLabs ), as per the guidelines of PPI.
